okay, coffee shop soundtrack is about him having an affair with a married woman. THIS SONG is about a girl named jasey rae who was pretty much a one night stand, and he felt bad about it and wrote this song as an apology for her. and he said in an interview what this song was about and how he'll never get tired of playing this sing. OKAY.

So, my friend is obsessed with this song, and I just listened to it and it's the most amazing song ever. I thought at first, oh what a cute love song, then I realized what it was about and him having an affair and stuff, but oh well. It still touches me.

I absolutely love this song. I have so much respect for Alex and how he writes. When you watch interviews and clips of his randomness, you'd never guess that he could write something like this. It's so touching, and even though what it's about isn't a model thing to do, he came out of it with am amazing song.

to me this song just reminds me of my ex and the lies he used and when he broke up with me and we both moved on. We both found someone else and now hes using more lies to get me and my new boyfriends to break up. IT WONT WORK. i wont let him hurt me again

My friend told me she had seen this interview where he basically admits that the song is about him having an affair with this lady who's married. I guess he felt really strongly about her cause he wrote a song. I guess you could call it pathetic, but its sorta badass, right? XD Idk...maybe its just me. -shrugs-

i really like this song.
its pretty much amazing.
and i would guess that its about a guy who loves a girl.
but the girl is taken.
he waits up for her,
but she doesnt feel the same way about himm.
and yet she cheats on her bf.

but he never really knows what hes gonna get from her.
either rejection or acceptance i guess.
but thats just my opinion.

this song is about alex having an affair with an older married woman. at first when i heard it i though it was about just him and some chick but then i found out what it was about and now it totally makes sense
