Now for some clarifications: ALID is a band made up of christians, but they are not a christian band. The term "christian band" is generally used to refer to bands that make songs about jesus and the bible. Personally, I would classify them ad somewhere between death metal and metalcore. From the lyrics of the song, it seems that person is currently deceased, or dead to those with poor vocabulary. Read the lyrics carefully and try to see the meaning of the song. Attempt to see how that person died.
