Hey, anyone that doesn't like or at least slightly appreciate Avenged Sevenfold in any way is a total loser. Not only do these guys know how to write beautiful songs with meaning and adding that metal sound to it, but they actually have TALENT. If I could meet M. Shadows I would be so happy beyond words. This song kind of reminded me of my late father, and the first time I heard it I was crying. This song-piano, vocals, and lyrics-is a true inspiration.

This band rocks hard, When I listen to their songs, especially this one, I want to open my windows and cry that songs along with the singer :P Now I got the words, damn this songs carry some true meaning with it, I just love the play more and more, will try to learn it on a guitar too !

this song in a way reminds me of my grandma r.i.p. it reminds me of a dream i had of her last night after shes been gone for a few months...she died of cancer and in a way i finally got to say goodbye to her...this is an awesome band and an awesome song..no one could ever sing it better than M.Shadows. great job guys. :)

M. Shadows's voice in this song is fuckin amazing. He can hit the perfect pitch in lines like "Essence left my heart tonight". He has immense talent and this song is truly moving. Its about suicide and not in a bitchy emo way. It sung with heart and talent, good job boys

another fantastic song by a7x. love it, the guitar solo is amazing. gorgeous. and the piano at the beginning.. who says it taks no talent to write metal? and i like the balance of vocals on this track. plus seeing it done live was awesome. :-)

i looked here for the lyrics. i couldnt find them anywhere else. i lost the booklet and it was a pain in the ass. and i couldnt learn it by song. this helped me alot. it helped me memorise the song and sing along with it. thanks its exacly right.
