Shadows had surgery on his vocal chords, that is not why the band chose to stop screaming... and Shadz can still scream, it's just a more refined, less gravelly, less screamo-ish scream than is present on Seventh Trumpet and Waking the Fallen. If you watch the MVi and watch the part about the making of A Little Piece of Heaven, Shadz and The Reverend go in to the sound booth and scream their heads off for background noise...and not to mention, that part is hilarious... omg Jimmy dropped the dog!! (Excuse me, Captain Jack Sparrow.) Anyways, i've been a fan for 2.5 years and have yet to be disappointed. new cd rocks. my favourite song is a little piece of heaven. oh it rocks so much. but anyways, just wanted to answer your question... You think they are still in their mid 20's and they have so much skill already it's amazing, even when they were all just 20 when their first CD came out they had lots of skill, but since then they have progressed so much it's insane. Give them another 5 or 6 years and these guys will be HUGE, trust me.
