So what's up with everyone talkin about everyone and themselves lol this is the strangest thing I've ever read everyone is on everyone's case for no reason. Avenged Sevenfold and this song is what we should be focusing on lol, I'm guilty of talkin about everyone and myself too lol haha oh well this song is awesome.

Ppl, people only think Avenged Sevenfold sucks because of their self titled. It wasn't nearly as great as City of Evil or Diamonds in the Rough, but that's what people are judging it on. Afterlife sucks, really.

When I ask someone if they listen to A7X theyt say Yeah I've herd them and they suck. FUKING BULLSHIT ive had 4 people say that to me and i made them Listen to their music. They now love it i can go a minute without singing or listenig to one of their songs. Go through the songs many times. the first tome listen for the Drums only. Then Bass, guitar. Know the music before you know the lyrics. it makes the song that much better. I wont just tell anyone the song is good because the awesome guitar solo. Listen to the damn music and then you will be able to have your own reasons to like the music and not to look to other opinions. Yes, you should still know other peoples opinions but no, don't use their reasons come up woth your own.

Avenged Sevenfold is one of the best bands that has ever walked the planet. This song is definitely an amazing piece. Between the music and the lyrics, there's nothing that can make this song any more amazing than what it already is.

Where alot of bands fail is in the actual song content (lyrics) A7X just always impresses me with amazing lyrics, all with deep meaning.

This song gave me the impression of a kind anti-media feeling.

everyone i hear say they love avenged sevenfold, never comments on their first two albums. sounding the seventh trumpet and waking the fallen. i'm my opinion they are the best their new stuff is great but their old stuff is epic.

Why do you all suck so fucking much..? Seriously, 3/4 of all of these comments aren't about the song; they're about some 11 yr. old faggot who thinks that their the coolest person in history because they listen to A7x in 7th grade!.. If you're that awesome, why do you need to come to a lyrics site and brag about how 'different' you are; and what an 'individual' you think that it makes you? If you're a true fan, you don't have to say so; and if you're so into the music, then why don't you actually say WHY you like it?! Don't say, "Oh, this song is awesome because Syn does a cool solo!" or, "Because the singing is awesome!" because those are not valid points.

For instance: I like this song because it keeps up a pretty frantic pace between the rhythm guitar and the drums through the verses; but the lead going over it kind of keeps the melody intact. The harmonizing guitars and backing vocals give it a sweet sound (most likely harmonized in 3rds; as is typical of A7x) and add to the overall vocal melody through the verses, respectively. Through the chorus, Synyster keeps his guitar lick going at a slightly faster speed then through the verses, which I think gives it a bit of character and something for the other instruments to build off of. Quick left-turns after the choruses sound a bit out of place; but leading into the second verse it fits a little better and brings the song back up to speed. Overall; I give it a 6.5/10. Not their best; but it still gets a good groove going and keeps it throughout.

I love avenged sevenfold and other bands even though all my friends say its "Emo music!" Even though listen to dumb music that all it talks about is sex when really I'd rather listen to something that has a REAL meaning!Why does this genre of music have to be soo good!<Compared to other genres>
