But, I kept playing the album, and eventually all the songs grew on me to a point where I couldn't imagine my life now without them. This song is particularly beautiful, with a very "kiss from a rose" seal touch. A theme in this album about loving pain (like this song "she cuts me and the pain is all I want to feel is not so much sadistic as it is a celebratory outlook on life which comes only with maturity--that pain is a part of life, and it shows you that you can feel, not so much in an emo way, but in a way that shows you that pain is unavoidable, so you might as well enjoy what it brings you--emotions, experience, lessons, and the fact that you eventually figure out that there is no pain so horrible that you can't make it through.
