In my opinion, I completely disagree with you. Every aspect and every word in the lyrics are very well written and do have an actual story line with it. Everything is just so well written,I know music, and this is just a great example on how bands can really change their sound, without making it too durastic.

Unfocused | Reviewer: Anonymous | 12/22/09

After listening to the album and reading the lyrics I can't help but be disappointed. This album really didn't sound like anything that hasn't been done before, and the lyrics, although well written, lack any sort of focus in their theme. As soon as you think the lyrics might be making some sort of deep point, it switches to the refrain or goes off on a tangent about something else. There is a lot of potential in this album, and band, but until they're more focused they wont get anywhere with me.

Album title explanation | Reviewer: Trent | 6/1/09

An explanation of the album name, Deja Entendu. I found it very interesting, just wanted to share. Taken from Wikipedia.

"The album marks a move away from the pop punk genre of Your Favorite Weapon, with a more alternative rock and polished sound. The album was produced by Steven Haigler, who was the sound engineer on the Pixies' Trompe le Monde. The title is French, literally translating to "already heard," which is said to be at critics who claimed that the band sounded like every other group in the genre. Jesse Lacey got the name for the album while watching an episode of Jeopardy!."
