God is always there for you! God Bless You! | Reviewer: Miquela Farley | 2/14/07
this song is about god being there for you no matter where you go you couldn't live without him he is the only one that can forgive you of your sins!
Corinthians 1:18 for the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of god.I just love that verse and this song!
Lost my Mom to Cancer I know she sent your song to me | Reviewer: Anonymous | 2/17/07
Your song "Praise you in this Storm" has gotten me thru the loss of my Mom to cancer. I know she and God give me strength thru this song. You know the trials we all must face because you have first hand experiance with your daughter. Your song has touched me and comforted me. There is nothing worse than losing a child or parent. God Bless you all and keep the faith. Vicki
Praise is a Choice | Reviewer: Delona Baldwin | 1/2/07
When life throws you storms each one of us has a choice to "Praise God" through heart breaking cirmustances. This song (and Voice of Truth)has blessed, encouaged and comforted us through the loss of our daughter to cancer. We offered up our desires and He granted us a peace that is supernatural. We offered up our dreams and He walked us through the storm to a place of restoration. God is good, all you need to do is make a choice to believe who He says He is and who He says you are. We are created in His image and victorious in Him.
Beautiful!!!!! | Reviewer: Annalise | 12/29/06
This song really makes you think, "God created this world. He is speaking to us, but when we turn away from him you can barely hear him." I think the true message of this masterpeice is believe in God and you'll always be able to hear him and let him shine on you. When he shines on you, you are going to be a much better person.

The first time I heard this song was when I was searching for a song to put on my "MY SPACE". I like chosing songs that express the way I am feeling at that particular time. The Lord must have led me to this song because only he could have known that I needed to hear these inspiring words. I had just lost my aunt whom I loved very dearly. I had a huge feeling a guilt because I had never shared with her the WORD of GOD. After listening to the song I felt a heavenly embrace. The Lord was truly there in my time of need. I will praise the Lord no matter what the storm I am going through.
Its raining but I'm praising | Reviewer: Carissa | 11/27/06
well i just found out that my best friend was moving. she is moving very far away. i have known her for a long time and she is vry special to me. i know it doesnt sound like much but it hurts. my time with her is limited. i dont know if i will ever see her again. yet even when i start to cry, i know god has a plan for her life and he needs her. when i found out she was moving, i immediatly thought of this song. when it says, "I will praise you in this storm for you are the maker of heaven and earth." i knew that this was in His will. thank ou Crasting Crowns for this song. it has truly helped me in many sittuations.
When its raining, keep your eyes on Him. It will be okay. Everything happens for a plan. Nothing is an accident. So just get back up and take a deep breath. He Loves YOU!!!!!
sincerely, a person who cares about you.

I was driving to work in rush hour traffic when I first heard this song. I was in one of those moments when I was dwelling on all the blah issues currently effecting my life and bordering on a moment of undeniable self pity. The words to this ultimatly have changed the way I look at things to this day. I wanted to lift my hands and praise God with a million people watching me in traffic and just speak with him out loud and totally fall in awe of his amazing love for us. I have since to feel like i'm in things alone and now when I even have a hint of those feelings I smile and get consumed with warm fuzzy feelings instead because I know His arm is around me and I'm never alone. This song just summed up all that over-flowing love...the lines "every tear i've cried you hold in your hand" and "where does my help come from, my help comes from the lord", make me just feel something beyond expression...
Peaceful Feeling | Reviewer: Stephanie | 10/12/06
I heard this song on my way to my mom's house to pick her up for church. When I got to her house, her mother had called from the nursing home to say that she was having some serious health problems. I told my mom about this song and we both just stood there and cried. We lost my dad 3 years ago from a sudden heart attack and songs like this remind you that there is a definite reason that these things happen. This song reminds us that no matter how devastating (and trust me losing my dad was that and more) things may seem, God is still always in control and there to lean on.

The first time I heard this song I sobbed uncontrollably- its the best song I've heard all year.
Soul Penetrating | Reviewer: Scotty | 10/7/06
Once every so often a song comes along that touches a place deep within, and causes me to face a long-buried pain or wrongdoing. This is truly such a song. What incredible lyrics (and a melody befitting them). My pick for song of the year in '06.
