Makes me cry every time I here it. | Reviewer: Laura Pearson | 5/11/07
My favorit verse is Philipians 4:11,and 12
Not that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned in whatever state I am to be content:
I know how to be in abased, and I know how to abound. Everywhere and in all things I have learned both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. Praising you in this storm reflects this. Praising God in storms is the most humbling experience one can experience. It is not easy to get to that place but when you do it is a true blessing. Thank you cast and crowns for this beautiful expression of Gods Love. God is truely speaking through this song.
Book of Job | Reviewer: Rob | 5/2/07
This theme is mainly relevant to the book of Job in the Old Testament. Job specifically uses words dealing with God giving and taking away. God gives blessings and he takes away blessings. The point of the song is not that God takes away bad things, but that He takes away good things and allows bad things to happen to us. That is why we praise Him IN SPITE of the storm. We know that the storm is evil and hurtful and dangerous, but we praise Him anyway, because everything He does (or doesn't do but allows to happen) has a purpose and is good. He will still take care of us, even if the way is hard.

it never ceases to amaze me how just the right song comes on the radio at just the right time. Or is it just another way god helps me everyday? Last week my mom had a miscarriage and almost bled to death. I was so scared but right in the middle of this Praise you in this storm came on the radio and as I started to sing I was filled with comfort and strength from Gods good grace. My mom made a full recovery and I thank God for it.
Comforting | Reviewer: Anonymous | 4/27/07
What a message in this song! My best friend passed away a month ago. She loved this song, as it really spoke to her, during her battle with cancer. She praised God all through it and even when told there was nothing else the doctors could do. I miss her so much, but know she is healed beyond what we can comprehend here.
This song comforted her and it does me now.

What an awesome song! A friend suggested this song to me when I was going thru a tough time. It is soooo true! God is always there and he wants us to call on him when we need him. God never leaves us, we leave God. I love this song, as it is such an inspiration. The Father puts us where we need to be. If we are there, we should look for the lesson to be learned. Thank you God for never leaving us!
this song hits right at the core of dealing with the Problem of Pain in the life | Reviewer: Judy Romney | 3/20/07
This an Awesome U have had this song on repeat since I discovered it on Sunday. It is funny isnot it that Jesus is closer to us when we go through the hard times in our lives. I am beginning to understand how much closer he and what the writer of Footprints meant that he carry us and that the darkest moments that He is carrying us . Stay blessed in Him

God did not intend our lives to be easy. If life was easy, people would think that they don't need God. Through the good and bad, we will praise Him. Thank God for all things, even when you are feeling burdens.
for You are who You are, no matter where I am | Reviewer: Isaac | 2/12/07
It's really hard when He proves our faith... Last year my best friend and the brother I never had was in a car accident...He's in God's presence right now... he was only 18 and he was a Jesus freak... he used to write songs for our God, he was really in love with Him... his absence has been really difficult for me here on earth... but still remains Romans 8: 28a, and also remains the hope I'll see him once again on heaven...
This is such a wonderful song...it's blessed my life in a great way... He uses all type of sources to let us feel His confort...
