| | By Pages: 1 2 3 4 5 6 Add New Review About The Artist The Reviews about From First To Last (page 4/ 6) fftl are sweet as bro | Reviewer: a person | 5/21/2006 take some time | Reviewer: doesnt matter | 5/5/2006 alright so before Herione came out i was on the edge of my seat, then i found the levy one night, downloaded it, and honestly i listened to it, 3 or 4 times in a row, not because i was in love with it, because it was so differet! then i got Herione, i heard mothersound, the latest plaugue and i was like "alright its different" honestly it took me 3 or 5 times listening to the cd for me to fall in love with it. its so different from dear diary my teen angst has a body count, which is what i like about it. i dont want to buy another dear diary i want new. that is why i dont listen to angles and airwaves, its blink 182 without Mark and Travis (now back to Herione) this band is amazing, and the combination of the music and vocals is brilliant. Sonny Moore's voice is like no other. it has a unique sound you could distinguish from anyone else. i love the instrumental beginning to afterbirth, and world war me is my favourite song on the album. now to what i dont like. waves goodbye is a good song, and i like it, but right in the middle it sounds like someone got drunk and used a mxing bored or something and added annoying twists to the song. it is such a pretty, heart felt song and the graphic sounds in the middle piss me off. that is pretty much all i dont like about the album. This band has been my favorite every since their first cd came out. Unfortunetly, ive never got to see them live, ive tried so hard but they are just to good, ive always been too late. Sonny Moore, Matt Good, Travis Ritcher and Derek Bloom are the current people in the band right now and they are all amazing, personly Sonny Moore is my favorite, theres just something about him that I love. My room is filled with From First To Last stuff. I cant go one day without listening to their music. I put them on when i go to sleep, it helps me sleep better. I dont know what I would do without this band because they are the one and only Post Hardcore band that is actually addictive and GOOD all in one. Ive gotten all my friends into this band and they LOVE it. (Wich isnt surprising because theres nothing not to love about this band or these people). Failure by designer jeans, Ride the wings of pestilence, Fiction, Shame Shame, Note to self, Such a tragedy, kiss me im contgious are my favorites, the other songs arent far from being my favorites too because they all have a meaning and its such a good tune. I listen to nothing BUT From First To Last. You just cant live without 'em. Theres so many fans out there that like From First To Last just as much as I do. I used to be all depressed and stuff, but somehow, this music got me out of it. Its like my happy pill that I need everyday. You just cant compare any other music to this, its the best out there. I've heard dirty talk about Fftl and literally, I started to cry. THIS IS THE BEST BAND EVER. They always have the best lines in their songs with the best meanings. "Your words are deadly weapons, killing me destroying me." That really got to me, Its like somebody is singing about how I feel and know exactly what to say. Whoever doesnt like from first to last, is on DRUGS. Yeah thats right. Urg, I jsut cant explain how much I love this band!=) Like, the other bands I started to like, ive had a couple songs that I didnt like from them, but From First To Last songs are ALL amazing and I love it. When im having a rough time with something, I sit in my room, listen to their music and think about what they are singing and I feel so much better after. They are all excellent songs but...The One Armed Boxer vs. The Flying Guillotine is awesome. It's basically them showing you that they realize they need to play their asses off for the fans. FFTL are one of those bands where you go to a friend and tell them to check out some FFTL so you just tell them to buy it all or download it all.
