The author's long-time song-writing partner Paul McCartney once said this was his favourite post-Beatle Lennon composition. What else needs to be said? This was apparently written after a boating trip in the late-'70s, when Lennon wrote several of the tracks that would eventually be featured on the (almost posthumous) "Double Fantasy" album.
