I have learned so much from Katy. Be yourself, go along your own way and have fun. Her movie is so amazing. I feel as if I actually know her thanks to that movie.
Nobody can ever be perfect, but Katy is as close as the world could ever get. Katy is such an inspiration to me. If a Katy Perry song comes on, I have to ignore everyone around me and sing my heart out. You're the best Katy :')

I agree that "I Kissed A Girl" was really overplayed in the very beginning when it first came out. But it IS very catchy.
Though I think it sends the wrong message to some young teenage girls these days, and truth be told, probably some older women who should be more mature than they act.

It kinda gives bisexual women (like myself) bad names. Like we're floozies and we ALL will do anything for a show, or for some attention.
Which is not the case.

But nonetheless, I don't hold it against the artist. You have to appeal to people's interests and that's what she did.
