------ performed by Lamb Of God
metal with awareness | Reviewer: Anonymous | 1/28/08
Incredible to see a metal band with the balls (and cognitive faculties) to challenge the atrocities of this idiotic government and its crazy-christian right fascist followers.
Song Meaning | Reviewer: Damon Klein | 1/21/08
That's how I see it: this song talks about refusing God and government. It's a song against God and government and expresses pain, sufferance and anger.

Awesome | Reviewer: Leanne | 1/15/08
This is one of the best Lamb of God songs ever, and Randy delivers it with such awesomeness. I'm getting "Our Father Thy Will Be Done, Blessed Be His Name" tattoed on my wrist. Fucking ace song this. Anyone who disagrees or thinks the lyrics suck, can fuck off :)
Jak3son is an idiot | Reviewer: Anonymous | 11/13/07
"Dude, Willie Ander writes the lyrics for 99% of lamb of god songs"
WRONG!!!!!! firstly, it's adler, not ander and Randy writes most of the lyrics with Marks help, Willy mainly writes the songs with Mark.

Concept | Reviewer: Marcel | 11/7/07
In this song, the concept 'god' and 'government' and any higher authority are handled as one same controlling unit, which is what this song 'attacks' and rejects the difficulties and sufferment 'they' cause onto the people (and somewhat to him personaly) and with all this sufferment and hate upon him (the people), he demand a violent change to save what he loves.
Fucked up lyric.. | Reviewer: Aaron | 9/18/07
Fucked up with the lyric "Were still getting worse" its "Heres to being worse". Good song, just learned it on drums. Trying for guitar now.

huh....? | Reviewer: lost one | 8/29/07
ender i agree and disagree with that =\
true it may be, but that aint rly what the songs about, rly about the corruption of the US...but ur reason is logical, yet not tottally right. The song is rly an analogy to rejecting god to rejecting our nation. if u read previous reviews you would notice that >.>
