YES!,,,I remember these words , We both identified quite well. It described exactly how we both felt as kids with A. GIFT....TO SEE SPIRIT
They allways told us it was something we would grow out of but they kept coming even after we were grown.I sometimes wonder just how many people would have lost it if they knew M was a sensative and saw spirits besides everything else they tried to pin on ya that wasn't true!!!!! Yes I remember when we talked about this one. Listen to his music guys it's all through it ,can't you see it?....This was something we shared and I think now... I am glad I have this gift....miss ya M

i really love this song i learned it on the piano!i play it every day and slap anyone in my class that say negetive things about him.(not literaly)but sometimes i do. my teacher even defends him. Michael Jackson is a genius in music. I miss him BADLY!!! RIP MICHAEL JOSEPH JACKSON 1958-2009.

It is simply poignant - profound. So many people viewed him as a superficial person because of his appearance but actually, the more of his work that I read the more I realize that in fact, the opposite was true.

It's as if he felt trapped within his own genius, alone, lost and misunderstood. So many of his songs, especially as he got older, seem like encrypted cries for help. It is ironic because he was a singer, but it seems like he felt unheard. It is as if he knew that he could hide his pain in his music and that the world would never know, obliviously dancing and singing along with recordings of his cries.

a perfect lullabye for a child to listen until it sleep. I just got this song recently heard, shame on me. I've known some of his songs like Childhood, Gone Too Soon, Someone In The Dark, etc. But this one... Awww. I would love to sleep with this song in the background or someone singing this song for me.
The song tells like "Don't feel afraid. It's just childhood fantasies..."(^_^?

What an awesome song... I only got to know of it recently, I can't believe i haven't heard it before, it's such a great song!

Mr Michael, the man the whole wide world embraced with love. But right in his heart was a silent cry and lonely mourn. Simply bcos of the love he felt for the world and its entire populace. Not only in my heart is struck that the to find a suitable substitute for this man is prospectively impossible. We like you but when individual's time alloted elapses, what can one do? peace.

This man..I can't find words to describe what I feel now..it's just..he is not only an amazing songwriter, singer, entertainer,...

He is also a talented poet and in my opinion a prophet. He's the God of musiC..

This song is so beautiful. Michael's voice is soothing and you can feeel that he means what he's singing and i think that is one of the best things that he is talented with! If you pay attention to some of the lyrics in the song it kind of relates to his childhood, when he sings:"ans soon childhood ends but life is still fearful when evening decends...the feelling of terror she felt as a youth as turned from fantasy into a truth". This guy is a genius despite whatever it is said about him....

This is one of my favorite songs. It's not well known, but it has a really nice tune, and the lyrics make you think about how some things that to most people might be something nice and something they enjoy, might be something others find scaring or traumatic.
I think this song is really great. I love listening to it when I'm feeling a bit down. I hope others find some help in it, as I have.
