I like that your Band is so articulable about your music and how it rocks my soul out through the night n just tells me love has this hard pull on a person and why would anyone let got. Although their music is good, their showmanship is horrible. Every other word out of the singer's mouth was F***. It got irritating. Their songs were good, when they sang. Between songs, they put on this lame commentary and took about 30 minutes of concert time to shoot 10 t-shirts into the crowd. If I wanted a t-shirt, I would buy one. I came to the concert to hear MUSIC, not the personal feelings of the singer about sex, drinking, etc. I would not recommend this concert to anyone, especially those with children. If you take kids, you will be embarassed for putting them into that situation. Buy the CD, don't see the show. Chad nails so many parts of life in his writiing that sometimes I think he's in my head. "Dark Horse" is by far my favorite. Can't wait to see you in Wa. State. Best Band Ever | Reviewer: Anonymous | 3/11/09 I just saw there concert on friday 3/6/2009 it was soooooooooo amazing!!!!! the lighting effects were great and they really got the crowd involved!!! chad kroeger is hilarious!!! i hav there 4 most recent cd's i listen to nickelback all the time and never get sick of it!! they r my favorite band!!!! i love every one of their songs and i know over 20 by heart!!! nickelback is the best band!! they work sooo hard and do a great job!!! u guys r AWSUM!! | Reviewer: tamza | 6/18/08 hey i love ur band ay u guys have a real talent for writing songs and you should be proud of everything you have accomplished. my fave song of urs is "far away" as it has a bit of meaning to me personally i guess. i love ur band an all of its songs tho so don't stop playin an you should be able to reach all of your goals if you really try! luv ya's :) one more thing | Reviewer: ben | 2/19/08 i left out something on my last post. nickelback needs to work on lyrics theyre too sappy and sentimental. they do all the cliche topics reminising on photograph redemption on savin me sex on animals love on far away peace on if everyone cared rockstar though was very well written lets hear more sarcastic shit like that on the next album guys do this for me and i will buy the album i know youd love to win a new fan. have fun on the next record not too much fun then well get an album full of stuff like animals okay here is the formula: no sappy lyrics, the melodic sound of the last album and chad please no growling overdubs i will ABSOLUTELY buy that album. and i need to revoke my dan comment he is a great drummer i just heard kryptonite today from when he was with three doors down that is some great drumwork. hes not the best but hes better than most. peace. i was wrong | Reviewer: ben | 2/14/08 from the guy who has given you anonymous negative emails on the nb i wanna say that i was very wrong to dismiss nickelback. they have a very good lead guitarist not chad the other one and while they have gone softer its for the better cuz the latest heavy song of theirs animals sucks ass. some other negatives i need to point out while chad has the potential to be an amazing singer he needs to discontinue the half growling half singing vocal overdubs the same ones that ruined the santana song he sang on and dan still needs to get better as a drummer though he fits the bands style very well. alot of the proffessional music critics have dismissed nickelback and while they are the best voice to listen to on music critics historically have a tendency to be wrong critics hated black sabbath and queen and journey back in the day but now they revere those same groups. i think nickelbacks next album is going to be great even though most critics are gonna hate it. my advice only listen to critics when they tell you something is good when they say something is bad you should decide for yourself.
