Listen to the way the song crescendos and how (like most other Radiohead songs) the outbreak of emotion sort of seeps in throughout the end, as though he finally lost it (whatever "it" actually is). Thom has never sounded more haunting and the chorus of gothic humming and schoolyard children ("Come with me")in the background, to end on "we hope that you choke" over and over and over.... it just sends you over the breaking point.
