I cry every time I hear it. two people in my family have died from cancer in the past 6 months...and they were very close to me. this song is amazing. as said before, it's about a girl with cancer that's scared to go to the prom without hair..and her date shaves his head to make her feel better about herself. this is definitely a true love. she got what she always dreamed of.
