I cry every time I hear it. two people in my family have died from cancer in the past 6 months...and they were very close to me. this song is amazing. as said before, it's about a girl with cancer that's scared to go to the prom without hair..and her date shaves his head to make her feel better about herself. this is definitely a true love. she got what she always dreamed of. The words tell a story about a girl who has cancer and she is afraid to go to the prom with no hair. Her first love comes to the door to pick her up and "this morning where his hair had been, softly she touches just skin." He shaved his head to make her feel better about herself and they go dancing as Sarah Beth always dreamed about and for once in her life she isn't scared. This is a great song to listen to if you have had cancer or know someone who does. The song makes you realize that somethings in life are more important than your own small problems which is why I recommend it to anyone. Please listen to it! I Love Rascal Flatts!!!
