The Reviews about Faking My Own Suicide (page 4/ 4)
------ performed by Relient K
Metaphorical | Reviewer: Fan | 4/29/07
Ginnie, I believe you have valid concerns over this song. But, I believe it is to be taken strictly metaphorically - faking my own suicide is the term used by Relient K to describe the intentions of the main character to "leave all this world behind". This can be achieved simply by moving away to a different city.

Jo Cool I agree with you. Relient k is a pretty awesome group...I don't think they'd write a song with the purpose of making people consider suicide.
Ginnie Smith Sucks | Reviewer: Jo Cool | 4/18/07
Dude you have no room to talk sure it's wrong to imply suicide is ok but that's not what they tride to do and shame on you looking at the speck in there eye and ignoreing the log in your's (it's from the bible) you have your own problems and lying is of the devil and i'm sure you've done that SHAME ON YOU GINNIE
This is sad | Reviewer: Ginnie Smith | 4/16/07
What a sad commentary of today's youth and the depleted value of a human life. This song may have been meant to be saterical but I think it's absolutely horrible. I personnaly know someone that tried almost kill himself by shooting himself in the stomach instead of his head in the hopes that "the love of his life" would cry for him and regret breaking up with him. It's a shame that a group that represents itself as a Christian band would stoop so low as to encourage someone to such a base evil thought as this. It is wrong, it is of the devil. Shame on Relient K.
This song is great | Reviewer: Spalding | 2/23/07
it really makes people think who they care about and what they feel for them...
