He is astute in grabbing old ideas and recombining them into a new song--which I guess is what most people do, so I shouldn't complain, but I will anyhow. At least he doesn't repeat the same damned idea over and over like some other bands. Most of what he's done in the past, I can see where he has stolen the idea from. I've never seen a truly original idea from this guy, er, band. This one certainly steals some stylistic elements from things I can identify. At the same time, this is probably the best thing Saliva has ever come up with or ever will come up with--it sure works well for the thousands of airplays all the commercials are using it for.
