The character's mom decided to abort her second son "I Was Only One, And We Weren't Prepared For One" which means they didn't want another kid. "Oh Start Saving Green And Before Breathing" This about saving money for the abortion (before breathing is a reference to still being in the womb) "I've Been Watching, Rose Give In To It, Severing The Ties Between Mother And Son" This is as clear as it gets "Now Things Look Lovely, Lonely Boy, It's Midnight And I'll Deny" The character, being an only child, wishes he had a brother. "Oh, I Once Saw Many Place The End" A reference to anyone he had seen get an abortion.
