This is just music. It's fucking awesome music. Any RETARD that thinks that their kids shouldn't be listening to this music because it's "bad" then they should realize that this is just music. I'm a christian, I like to read the Holy Bible, and pray to God, go to church, and listen to music. But, Slipknot is not a satanic band and they don't worship the devil. Read what they said in one of their articles. What's up with the person that said that he believes in evolution and the big bang theory, you believes in that nonsense, because it's not true. As for the people that said Slipknot is satanic, I listen to their music and it doesn't say anything about being satanic, nor does it say anything about worshipping the devil. Get a grip on yourself, they are not evil, they're just a band.

Wow, I cant believe this shit. I'm 13 and I love Slipknot. I'm not fucked up. In fact im one of the smartest kids in my school. Slipknot isn't gonna dumb anyone down. In fact, its never made me have murderous feelings, or uncontrollable hate. They are just a band (that fuckin rocks).

Ok I cannot stand to see the bullshit people put down saying Slipknot is satanic. For one this song has nothing to do with them being satanic. 2. Corey Taylor is Christian (Not sure about Chris, Shawn, Mick, Craig, Joey, James, Sid, and Paul). 3. The song talks about how people don't know the meaning of satanism and how they take it as just another number such as 666 which is not it's full meaning. And to the Crackwhore who banned their son from Slipknot. It's music. Wait no, more than that. Slipknot is a fucking lifestyle. You can't just ban him from music he likes. I say this on behalf of everyone.... Fuck you. This song does not whatsoever say They're satanic. Does it yell out "I worship Satan"? No. Their songs have meaning and maybe you should check that out yourself before you judge. They spread good influence through lyrics but we fucking love it. Like don't take people's shit. You know, I always translated this part of the song to suit my own perspective and feelings. I always figured it to mean, "well, you wanna be bad? Then I can be much worse". And why not? Don't we all do the same? Translate lyrics to suit US? Its the same as poetry and stories. Take it however you want.

I don't know how many people actually know this, but "If you're 555, then I'm 666" is not a reference to Satanism. 555 is the number of man and 666 is the sign of the beast (devil). It's their way of saying they're not going to conform to how everyone else is and how everyone wants them to be in the music industry.
