Why the FUCK does this Bio start out comparing Slipknot to Marilyn Manson?!! Their shit has nothing to do w/ anyone else's shit and they certainly weren't out to "shock rock". Just pissed off mother fuckers kicking ass!!

I just want to say that all maggots are awesome. I don't care who you are, what you look like--you're awesome, okay? I am one of the few, yet increasing number of girl Slipknot fans, and all I can say is that I'm surprised there aren't MORE maggots I know, because this band is amazing. 'nuff said.

As some of you don't know, the main drummer Joey Jordison has died. This is making SlipKnot decide if they should break up or not. I would hate for them to for I love their music, but there is a chance no new music may come from them any longer.

Seriously, Slipknot is a bad ass band. All I have to say is if you dont like them, then get the fuck over it and tell someone who wants to listen to your whiney ass. In the first place I want to thank Victoria Payran for agreeing with me, I was really glad to see that someone agrees with me and I loved the fact that you said my comment was kick ass.
I just want to add a few things to my last comment: Rush is not Metal, its experimental rock and that has nothing to do with Metal. And second of all the ones who complain about ‘’the new Slipknot’’ are stupid, they play the same heavy stuff but they just add more melodic songs but the spirit of Slipknot is always (sic) and they will always be heavy but they will just sing some melodic things and that just shows the versatility of all of the band.

SlipKnoT is so amazing their songs amaze me every time i listen to them. i freakin love Joey Jordison hes an awesome drummer and i have the same birthday as him :D
And Corey Taylor has the best voice i've heard in awhile... and SlipKnoT isnt just a band their a group of people.. brothers.. who come together to tell a story.. we'll all miss Paul Gray.. i love you Paul ^^

I’m sick of all of you fucking haters and all of you fucking cunts who hate Slipknot. I can’t say that no one gives a shit about what you say because some of us do but not because we like what you say but because we fucking hate you for saying senseless and untrue shit about the band we like. You are completely senseless because you clearly don’t know shit about what you’re saying. Slipknot don’t hide behind their masks and don’t wear them to feel more hardcore because if that was true Corey Taylor wouldn’t be on Stone Sour along with the guitarist Jim Root where they appear unmasked, and Joey Jordison wouldn’t appear on Murderdolls completely unmasked too and Shawn Crahan wouldn’t appear on To My Surprise and Dirty Little Rabbits completely unmasked too. I don’t know why but unfortunaly Slipknot must be the band who has the most haters but still they continue to make their fans think they are the best band in the whole world and they really are and it’s truly immature to insult Slipknot behind their backs and I think that if you haters could have a chance to say that in their faces you would be quite as little birds or say that they suck and then run away and after that living constantly in fear that they broke into your house all of this leads me to the point that all the Slipknot haters are in disadvantage because you are afraid of Slipknot but they are not afraid of you. Other thing that I don’t understand is why all of you haters go to any of the Slipknot lyrics in this site just to talk shit about them and it’s obvious that some of us true Maggots get angry about you just as you would be if I would go to any of the bands you like and starting to say shit about them, I think of all the haters as the children who never grew and I’m just waiting that they finally grow and start to realize that is really immature to go to some Slipknot song and be the one hater among all of the fans of Slipknot. There are some dumb fucks here talking about Rush and saying that they are together for over 30 years but what you don’t know is that 30 years is almost the total age of some of the Slipknot members, the oldest member of the band is Shawn Crahan and he is 40 years old, so it’s kinda impossible that in 2010 they would be together for over 30 years so that insult is completely senseless because you clearly don’t know nothing about Slipknot and I’m pretty sure that they will be together for over 30 years or maybe more. I’m not as some of you call a “narrow-minded Maggot”, I think that Slipknot is the best band in the world but I also listen to other bands like Metallica, Slayer, Mudvayne, Korn, KISS, Guns N’ Roses, Megadeth, Sepultura, Stone Sour, Nirvana, Marilyn Manson and I could keep going on all the day saying other Metal, Heavy Metal, Death Metal, Black Metal, Nu Metal, Doom Metal, Gothic Metal, Hard Rock or even Grunge(I only listen to one Grunge band, Nirvana xD) bands I listen to (I’m a MetalHead, I only listen to Metal in general or Rock) but I still think that Slipknot are the best. Joey Jordison is in my opinion and in the opinion of many people is the best drummer ever. If you have doubts about it try to listen to a track of the album 9.0 Live called “Drum Solo” in which Joey Jordison, Shawn Crahan and Chris Fehn start to drum out and I consider it almost supernatural. All of us Maggots say that Slipknot are unique because they truly are, for example: Did you ever seen a worldwide known Metal band that has 9, well 8 (R.I.P Paul Gray) members? And even the nicknames of the band members are fantastic take the example of some of the nicknames of Corey Taylor: “Mastermind”, “Great Big Mouth”, “Voiceless”, it’s just awesome. Some of the stupid cocksuckers that say that Slipknot are only good to play heavy stuff and to scream senselessly I have just a few words to them: listen to “Snuff”, “Child Of Burning Time” or “Vermillion Pt, 2”. To end this I only want to say this: You haters keep saying shit but Slipknot are way to good and way to smart for you because you always try to put t
hem down with violence, and then they beat you with Logic and Intelligence.
This is the first review I make and just for all to know and don’t have any doubts about me being a true Maggot, I know almost all that you can know about them and I have all their albums even the unreleased album Crowz and the rare album Clan and the demo Mate,Feed,Kill,Repeat (I don’t mean to brag I just want to make you sure that I’m a true Maggot)

Best drummers of this era: Mike Portnoy (Second youngest to be inducted into the drumming hall of fame), Joey Jordinson (not sure I spelled that right)...Uh...I'm outta names.

The point is, there are great musicians, there are legendary musicians, there are horrid musicians, and everyone's opinions are biased.

Personally, if you're biased and look at separate members of Slipknot, yes there are others out there who have mastered their instruments in a more "public" manner, but Slipknot is composed of 9...well, 8 (R.I.P. Paul Gray) unique and interesting personalities. Alone, sure there's better people, but together, Slipknot is an amazing band with interesting musical qualities. They've been alive ever since 2000. For those ten years, they have the craziest most loyal fans ever. They personify everything that a good nu-metal band should be.

ok people,listen everybody has a different opinion about SlipKnot.Personally I think they are one of the best bands ive heard.People can hate but do you think you will have as much success as they do?
