That is a really intense camp for aspiring dancers. They usually last most of the summer. So the song describes how she got wrapped up with a guy and ended up having her first time there. I think more people than anyone realizes can relate to this song... Apparently white houses are referring to the dorms which she shared with her college friends at the dance school. It sounds very like a University experience to me lol.
