I tried to wrote a song, but sadly it sucked, so I scrapped it, unworthy of the one we call BROTHER DIME I'm happy that an awesome band had wrote it instead!

I feel like crying when I hear 'In This River' on youtube I recently found a short clip of Dez from Devildriver giving a 2minute silent moment for Dime at a gig!

no-one did or said anything at the gig, shows how many people loved him and still do love him!

i'm so sorry when i heard that you died...it is not same world now when your gone...i hope you ill se you someday up there...you will always be in our hearts...we love you dime...now ill try to be like you...take my guitar and play all the day(song that you play)...but you are the one and only..RIP brother..btw. thx zakk for this song...you remind me on him...great song

this song is so great. i listened to it and i cried for days. this song is very worthy of dimes death and he will live on in our hearts for ever and i know he is up in rock heavin looking down on us now knowing that his caring about everyone else but himself personality really touched peoples hearts and it is a fucking shame that so many great musicians like dime die before there time. r.i.p dime

this is such a great song!!!there is a group of kids that go to my school.they play in a band..very well gitar players!!and big fan of Dime!we had a friend that passed away *Timothy McDuffie* and they lerned this song and played it in our talent show!!in loving memory of them!...they won 1st place!

Zakk, you cant even tell this wasnt originaly wasnt for dime you did an awesome job writting this song how you mixed the softness of the song and the face melting solo, Dime would be proud of it and so r all of his friends and fans no one could write a better song as his tribute. R.I.P Dime (keep on rockin)

This is an awesome song and I love to play it. I love how its like soft and everything then a face melting solo. We all will miss Dimebag, it weird you didn't originally write this for Dime, you actually wrote it a few months before his death. But I'm you made it his song and the video is sad. If you read this zakk email back plz. Peace.
Oh and did you punch a wall or did you get cut by your belt on that performance you did..you know what I'm talking about.

"In this river" is an awsome song and really appreciated by many fans of Dimebag Darrel. Thankyou so much Zakk for writing this it means alot to me and my boyfriend that both miss Dimebag Darrel. He was AWSOME! Im sorry for your loss of a great friend.

Zakk this is such a great song that you wrote for Dime he is looking down at you right now and saying rock on brother. Its sad that he was taken from us but he will live on forever and everytime I listen to this song I cant stop thinking of Dime R.I.P I will see you soon

its so sad that Dime is gone. but thankfully we all will have this song to remember him R.I.P Brother Dime.

Damage Plan,had a back-to-back,shows here in Canada,where l hung with Dimes' backstage at both shows,and Vinnie as well !! Not 0nly was Dimes the Very-Best guitarist,a Super-friend as well....Anyways,after the last show,l said to Dimes' Later Douchbag,as we shook hands n hugged,never knowin',l'd never see him again,they crossed-0ver to 0hio,where Dimes was Murdered,Zakk Wylde does ln This River(Great Lil-Ditty)....His way of rememeberin' His best-friend!!
