What stopped him was asking God for help because he KNEW that it was wrong. God helped him, by opening my eyes wide! It was probably two weeks after this discovery that I heard this song, and I wept! It says so much. Tobymac is right, my husband had no idea what he had until it was leaving, not just me but our two children. I am happy to say that our marriage didn't turn out like the end of the song. God did open my eyes and show me a way through the pain, he has also opened my husband's eyes wide, and with God we are working it out. "Love covers a multitude of sins" and "Let no man separate what God has joined together." are two verses that God brought me too. It hasn't been easy, but there is comfort in Tobymac's song for me.
