Autumn 1995. After having played in the death metal band
Internal Putrefaction for several years, Bert Ferwerda
(guitar), Meindert Sterk (bass guitar) and Hilbrand v.d
Woude (drums) decide to fulfill their wish, namely to play
music creating a mysterious and sultry atmosphere.

Under the new monicker Stonehenge a year of experimenting
and line up changes follows. Rehearsing takes place with
different keyboard players until Menno Terpstra performs
his gloomy hymns and turns out to be the right man for the
job. Meanwhile the band is baptized AUTUMN. Two months
later Hilbrand is replaced by Jan Grijpstr More...
