THe album as a whole is decent, however the drummer on the ablbum, Scott Raynor, has inferior drumming abilities, especially compared to Travis Barker. The album has a healthy dose of toilet humor (i.e. the song titled "Depends") which is always good coming from blink. The album has several songs with solid lyrics (check "Wasting Time" and "Romeo and Rebecca").
If I were to give it a grade it would have to be a B-.

This album is just amazing. I'm a great fan of Blink, but this Cd beats any of their others. Initially I thought that it was TOYPAJ, which was the best over all, but now I changed my mind. Dysentery Gary and Carousel are their greatest songs. They are perfect in sounding; real good Emo shit.
I recommend you to buy it.
