of course they changed it, dumbfuck. Cigarette smoke was a GREAT song, but it wasn't allowed on the EP because it's lyrics were too explicit, so they had two choices:

1- be a spoiled brat and give up on an amazing song because they didn't want to change the lyrics.

2- change the lyrics and publish it on the EP, so more people would listen to it when they bought the EP.

Regarding a previous post, this is a great song, and basically a Demo. Coming from Arctic Monkeys' first official EP. Re-developing the song into 'Cigarette Smoke' was a good move, both songs are great, the latter my personal favourite from the two.

And I can't see how Little Man Tate or Milburn are 'Arctic Monkeys rip-offs'. The only thing they share is that they all are based in Sheffield, and make brilliant, Indie music. All three bands are differently and make unique but brilliant music. However, it is obvious to see that Arctic Monkeys are the best band in the world and I'm looking forward to their third album. If it's half as good as the previous two, we're in for a real treat"

I was dissapointed to find out that they had changed the original this much, as it was far better than this piece of dog shit. also, the revised lyrics are shite as well. a formerly good band have gone well and truly down hill. never mind im sure most people will find solice in a fucking rip off arctic monkeys i.e little man tate or milburn. chocks away!!!!!!!!!1
