this song reminds me of what I am currently having today. In the past days I am in the dark side of my life it's a very very dark place it's like I am all alone in the middle of no where and I said to myself that I should give up because no one is here for me but suddenly there is a one person who cares and always be here for me always it's not my ex boyfriend. This person is so close to my heart he don't want me to be sad, when I feel sad and really in the dark and invisible me and he are talking to each other to talk about this things. He said that I am not alone, i am not invisible for him so I realize that I am not alone and I will not give up because he will always here for me and I am ready of his love for me and he will always shine for me when I am in the dark side.

As I drive to work each day I "scan" the songs on the radio. One day this year (2008) I discovered this "Beautiful" song sung by Josh Groban and it made me feel so good! :) When I got home after work that day I did a search for the song and came across his video on You Tube here:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ls7ila3srzI

The song and the powerful emotions that it elicits stands on it's own merit.

After viewing the video and seeing Josh Groban express the emotions that I felt when I first heard the song......I was blown away.

The POWER of music to heal, excite, motivate, sooth, teach, comfort, mesmerize and many other things was the lesson of that day for me.

I recently lost the "LOVE" of my Life.
She had Breast Cancer.

This song inspired me and made me realize that life is short and that I am LOVED (Higher Power, GOD, whatever you choose to believe) even though bad things happen to each and every one of us and that we have no Control over them.

I never thought about life dealing me a bad hand. I educated myself, worked hard and thought that I was on the right track. I thought and felt that I was living the "American Dream". How funny/ironic it is now to think about what my beliefs were.

I apologize for the long details.

I just want to express myself to others that this song has given me hope and made me feel comfort in a difficult time in my life.

I borrowed Josh's cd Awake and I just can't stop listening to Don't Give Up, it's one of the most inspiring songs I've ever heard, not to mention the beauty of the song itself

I'm going through a hard time right with breakups, moving, and losing friends. At first I felt completely helpless. I listened to a lot of songs but most of them are depressing; misery loves company.

Then I heard this song on the radio, and then on my sister's ipod and I've never been so inspired. I can't help but think that he knew what I was going through and decided to write this song for me personally. I know that's absurd, but at least I have the satisfaction of knowing that I'm loved. Although I'm going through a hard time, I now have no intention of giving up.
