Next I would like to say that yes she is talking about her virginity. In today's culture so many people push others to have sex with anyone (sometimes anything) before marriage. Saving sex for marriage is not an old fashioned idea if young people today still hold true to it. Just because "everyone else" is having sex doesn't mean that you have to as well. A little tip, if there is ONE person not doing something, then not everyone is doing it. Your virginity is something precious and something to hold onto. You don't owe anyone shit. And if someone tries to tell you otherwise, then maybe he or she isn't the person you thought they were. This song is truly amazing and I love it. PS I am 17, still a virgin, and darn proud of it.
