    The funny part is that most of the Magnetic Fields songs are about gay relationships, which tend to climax to the L word and end much quicker than straight or lesbian relationships. The hard part is finding a magnetic fields song that is from the perspective of the offender that says something like "I'm sorry"...

    This song reminds me of what I'm going through. I feel so deceived right now because I really felt that it would last. This song really perks me up, however, since it's so up-beat yet melancholic.
    Magnetic Fields really helps me recover from disappointing relationships maybe because he makes love sound so ironic and twisted. Who really wants to get involved in it?
