The Los Angeles music climate of the late sixties and
seventies was characterized by the heavy sounds and
sentiments that reflected the revolutionary attitudes of
the generation. Bursting onto that scene was a new group

Iron Butterfly was signed to ATCO records (a division of
Atlantic Records) in the spring of 1967 and released their

My review is Iron Butterfly, and it's Braunn, not Barnett, the following review is not a paid advertisement, but a music for Iron Butterfly's songs, the band, Iron Butterfly, was starting in 1966, Doug Ingle, Ron Bushy, Darryl DeLoach, Allen Toussaint, and Danny Weiss, the band formally known as "Iron Butterfly," they'd hit their first album, "Heavy," which it means "HARD," for the cd called "Iron Butterfly: Heavy," in 1967. After DeLoach, Toussaint, and Weiss, left their band, in 1968, Lee Dorman, and Erik Braunn, joined "Iron Butterfly," in their second album, "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida." That was for the cd, too! Erik was a guitarist, Lee was a bassist, that was weird. In 1969, their third debut album released, they called "Ball," in 1969. But by the time at the age of 20, in 1970, Erik Braunn left the band, Ron Bushy, too! Until Erik and Ron rejoined the band, "Iron Butterfly," in 1975!
Erik Braunn, guitarist, died of Myocardial Infarction, in 2003. He was 52.
