Review about Is This Real? doubts? | Reviewer: Sadia | 10/20/09 im not sure, but the lyrics and the title seem to imply that the song is about feeling betrayed by the idea that some higher spiritual being or God exists, and that the decision has finally been made that he will no longer keep buying the lie: "I don't want to buy into your lies Stare up at the sky and say "I surrender myself for this, I'll take the blame."
