All 5 members of KID COURAGEOUS grew up together in the
Sutherland shire of NSW.

Fronted by the enigmatic lead singer and pianist Mick
Anderson with Huw Griffiths on guitar & vocals, Patrick
Ricapito on lead guitar, Laurent Saligne on drums & Dave
Simon on bass.

In late December 2004 KID COURAGEOUS signed to the
Australian independent label RockSugar Music. In January
2005 the boys recorded 3 singles with American producer
Rick Will (Incubus, No Doubt & Ben Harper) at Studio 301 in
Sydney.

Their debut single, a cover of the Joe Jackson hit ‘Is She
Really Going Out With Him’ was serviced to media in March
2005 to an overwhelming response. In it’s first week it
achieved the #1 position at nights and was the #4 most
