    This girl is the granddaughter of a very wealthy, but low-keyed philanthropist couple in Houston. Their names appear in all sorts of non-profit and charitable endeavors, usually without any fanfare.

    I heard Laura sing in a small setting (200 people) in a banquet hall setting. Expecting a token performance by the honoree's granddaughter, I was totally blown away by the presence,voice quality, range, and control. It could have been Sarah Brightman on that stage.

    I hope she will produce more, but her family and kids demand much, and she doesn't need the money.

    When i discovered Laura Turner i was shocked at how different she was.I still listen to soul deep on a daily basis.Her beautiful voice reminds me of Kate Bush as well as Tori Amos and you can get lost in her music like Bjork.I look forward to any future releases.TANJA GRIFFIN
