Motorbreath Lyrics
Artist(Band):Metallica
Review The Song (12)Print the Lyrics
Living and dying laughing and crying
Once you have seen it you will never be the same
Life in the fast lane is just how it seems
Hard and it is heavy dirty and mean

Motorbreath
Its how I live my life
I can't take it any other way
Motorbreath
The sign of living fast
It is going to take
Your breath away

Don't stop for nothing its full speed or nothing
I am taking down you know whatever is in my way
Getting your kicks as you are shooting the line
Sending the shivers up and down my spine

Motorbreath
Its how I live my life
I can't take it any other way
Motorbreath
The sign of living fast
It is going to take
Your breath away

Those people who tell you not to take chances
They are all missing on what life is about
You only live once so take hold of the chance
Don't end up like others the same song and dance

Motorbreath
Its how I live my life
I can't take it any other way
Motorbreath
The sign of living fast
It is going to take
Your breath away

Review about Motorbreath

'Tallica Fan Boy | Reviewer: Joshua | 11/8/09

You can call me a Metallica fan boy if you want, but I happen to like every song they're ever created. James Hetfield has a one-of-a-kind voice that you can't replace. Motorbreath is an example of the 1980's birth of Thrash Metal. James Hetfield is the "Grandfather of Speed Metal" so my recording studio brother says.

People say this was the most metal album ever. Frankly, I don't care if they took a more country-feel with "Load" and "ReLoad", or didn't input any solos in "St. Anger". From "Kill 'Em All" right up on through "Death Magnetic", the re-makes of their own on "S&M", or their covers on "Garage Inc."--Metallica is Metallica. Nothing more, nothing less, than the greatest, and first Thrash Metal band.

song or album reviews | Reviewer: Tom | 9/26/09

every time I come to this webiste I expect to see some review for the song, especially Metallica songs which is one of my most recent favorite bands, but every time I come here, it's just a bunch of losers bitching about how they hate everything after And Justice for All, but that's their problem, this area is fors song reviews... not how much you hate a certain album, and if you don't like St. Anger, don't buy it, it's your money. I happen to own 6 different albums that I bought with my money because I like them, so it's really your problem.

St. Anger not complete bullshit | Reviewer: \,,/Metallica\,,/ | 8/8/09

As I've listened more and more St. Anger album in last couple of months, I've realized it's not that bad. First of all, Frantic kicks ass. Great song. So is Some Kind of Monster and St. Anger. There is not a single song I hate. Allthough solos are part of metal, and the album doesn't have even one solo. Yes, it is the worst album of Metallica but it's still great.

Chill | Reviewer: dillon | 5/28/09

To put it simply, Load and ReLoad were both chock full of EXCELLENT music. It just wasn't metal, by far. If you only like metal, well, that's your thing. Listen to metal and stop bitching. If you have an open mind to all types of music, you will probably love Load and ReLoad for what it is, not hate it for what it isn't. However, no matter which way you look at it, St. Anger is the giant shit taken by the god of music. It DOES suck to everybody.

Great song. | Reviewer: Mike | 4/26/09

St.Anger was a bowl of shit...so what. It's not like I would waste my money on a post-Black Album Metallica album anyway.I bootlegged St.Crap online and it wasn't even worth the time it took to download it.The only song from that still on my comp' is Frantic.
I'm not going to give Metallica shit for it though.I had some good times listening to some of there music.
Once I heard Load I did what every other smart person did and stopped listening to there new music.
And to all 'old schoolers' and newbie "metal heads".There's more to metal than this band and if you don't like the shit they did after '92 or even '87 than don't listen to it and stop complaining about them.Holy fuck look at all the good bands out there.Tons of variety in metal right now and no metal today isn't all Deathcore/Metalcore or Nu-Metal.Just the famous shit just like in the 80s the famous shit were almost all shitty glam stuff.
Oh and I love Kill 'Em All and I'm proud to say I bought it the day it came out.I haven't heard it in a while so I played it today and it owns just as much now as it did back in the day.

shame on you... | Reviewer: farphe | 2/12/09

guys, it happened to basically all bands in history to f**k up a record... St anger don't mean sh*t compared to any of their first 5 ones, but you should at least give a try to that Death Magnetic one, because something makes me think that you might even enjoy it ;-) Ok to be honest , no song inside it can compare to Motorbreath, but still...

motorbreath! | Reviewer: AK-47 | 9/9/08

my favorite fucking lyrics of all time, it is the thrash anthem in my opinion.
Oh yeah, i always thought that instead of Motorbreath in the chorus, it was "No time to rest" it would still fit great though...

One of my favourites | Reviewer: Anonymous | 5/21/08

St. Anger can get f****d for all I care, along with everyone who had anything to do with it. That crap makes me not even want to give the new album a chance. Im not sure I even wanna listen to the singles. All my friends try to tell me Kill'em All was the worst sounding album they ever had and this song being probably the worst on it. (Though they all still agree that it's a kickass metal album) I tell them the same thing I said about St. Anger. Kill'em all was a pure, unadultured metal and this song is the perfect example.

Pick from wiki | Reviewer: Anonymous | 2/1/08

Metallica's upcoming ninth studio album will possibly be released in mid 2008 through Warner Bros. Records, the band's first record release by that label (but still remaining with Warner Music Group, which owned their previous label, Elektra Records). This will be Metallica's first studio album in 5 years, since St. Anger in 2003. It is currently unknown if a title has even been decided upon by the band. The record will be the band's first studio album to feature current bassist Robert Trujillo as well as the group's first to be produced by Rick Rubin.[2] It has been described as more progressive and, at times, melodic, featuring a number of guitar solos, and has been called the "missing link" between 1988's ...And Justice for All and 1991's Metallica.

Hey | Reviewer: Anonymous | 12/31/07

I do not think Rick Rubin was their producer on "KEA", RTL, MOP and AJFA. In fact, I KNOW he didn't produce those albums. I'd rather listen to a boardmeeting for five days in a row than buying that Rick Rubin produced those great albums. I'd even spend a year with my dreaded mother-in-law than thinking that Rick Rubin was close to producing those albums. Kill 'em all was co-produced by Paul Curcio and Jon Zazula. On RTL, MOP and AJFA it was Flemming Rasmussen and Metallica who produced the albums. Litle history lesson for you there kid, hope you enjoyed it.

Great song otherwise.
