every single website gets this wrong and since your the first on google's list to these lyrics i'm going to post here....it goes "posted up like a tack looking fly" tack is short for tackle as in fly fishing. He might even say tackle but it just gets takin over by the fact that the next syllable "loo" is just the opposite of the "le" in tackle. Something like this can cover up syllables in speech, especially coming through a microphone.
