Neutral Agreement formed in February of 2000. It began as
Matt McDowell on guitar/vocals, Matt Jenkins on bass, and
Mike Billups on drums. We played our first show in July of
that year to over 100 of our friends. In October we
recorded our first EP entitled "Motorbuggy." Motorbuggy was
well received by the media as well as our fans. About a
month after it's release, Bryan Patterson joined the band.
Bryan plays guitar and also splits the lead vocal duties
with Matt McDowell. We have been playing shows both locally
and through the East and Midwest. We have played with many
notable acts such as Relient K, Side Walk Slam, Sagoh 24/7,
Devoted Molded, Calibretto 13, Jeremiah's Grotto, Eustace,
The Blamed, and Fireproof just to name a few. In May of
