Northstar was born in the summer of 1997 in the Heart of Dixie from the remnants of several local rock bands. They did the usual local scene stuff, playing shows throughout Alabama, and recorded some demos, most of which just circulated around through their friends and are now long gone. This band has come a long way since their beginning roots and is ready for whatever's ahead of them. Northstar is four talented, yet four very different musicians trying to make good sounding noise by banging on guitars, a bass, and some drums while trying to sing in key. Northstar is from the dirty nasty south, Hunts Vegas (Huntsville) Alabama to be exact. They would love to come to your hometown and rock it to the ground and sleep on your floor.
