Ness is a very thoughtful person who can write very powerful songs. Jimmy Work wrote this song in the 1950's and it has been performed by many people including Kitty Wells, Wanda Jackson and Ray Charles. Jimmy Work isn't credited as the song writer because Sony owns the rights to the song and Social D's Somewhere Between Heaven and Hell album was released by Sony.
