Love the album "One". I grew up with the Beatles and remember all of these great songs. I would like to see an album called "Two" which would be the flip side of all the #1 songs such as "She's a Woman", "Rain", "Inner Light" and all the rest. That would be a cool album and I would buy it.

The most overrated band/ pop act of all time. The Beatles have become so renowned on the back of splitting early and John Lennons death. Sorry but the Beatles were a average band and like others like The Beach Boys would have become a parody of themselves. For proof just look at Paul Mcartney

I find listening to the album's song a treat to the ear, with its clear and melodious songs. It is surely a shame that the Beatles broke up, otherwise we would have twenty more albums like this. But too much of everything is bad too.

How many albums can boast as many classic tracks as Magical Mystery Tour? I,personally,rate nine of these in this category (ommitting 'Flying' and 'Blue Jay Way.' Most artistes could only dream of as many - and that as a career total! 'Hello Goodbye' and 'Penny Lane' were two of my favourite songs as a schoolboy and still are to this day,partly summing up the Beatles' success. i.e. their appeal to a wide age group. Magical!

I got this for my birthday in 1963 and never tire of listening to it. If you prefer to listen to rubbish about an octopus's garden or maxwell's silver hammer then buy Abbey Road instead. NO DON'T

The songs are some of their best! And the movie... THE MOVIE IS AWESOME!! (of all the Beatles [not Beattles ;) ] movies, I only haven't seen Help!) Only A Hard Day's Night movie is better than the Yellow Submarine movie.

What an album! The Beatles, by far the greatest rock band of all time. 'Rubber Soul' is the album from where they started experimenting, and 'Sergeant Peppers..' is the album where their experimentation reached it's peak. One of my favorite album of all time, A MUST BUY!!!!

We are not professional writers, not professional film makers-we are Beatles fans joined together for this book. This album, and the boys who wrote the material are totally and utterly amazing to me, not just because of the unbelievable craftsmanship: the Beatles layered and created their sound like a fine Rolex watch or a Faberge egg.

The real genius is that this stand alone music existed amongst the " perfect storm " of events of a) the convergence of their musical brilliance, b) superimposed with their love and care of humanity, c) juxtapositioned over the the technology of the times, and most importantly d) existed during the geopolitical nexus we were at in the world: the Vietnam conflict, civil rights, man on the moon, John, Bobby, and Martin, and the Berlin wall. The Beatles were earth movers , and deserve to co- exist with the accomplishments of Jesus Christ, Galileo, Mother Theresa, or Caesar crossing the Rubicon. They were truly were earth movers, and will doubtlessly be studied as such in the year 3075.

Every Beatles album is so cool. This one is a must have for music lovers. Words cannot match the music, it has to be heard. Proves that even though the four of them made great music post Beatles, together they trancended the music of the spheres.
