The Honor System had been speeding down the road of music
long before their conception in 1999. Derived from members
of some of Chicago's finest bands, The Honor System is
fighting back up the ranks to take over all that is known
of independent music. Their sound cannot be easily compared
to other bands in the scene. Thus, making them stand alone
at the top of their own spectra with their hard rock
version of punk infused roots. Headed and fueled by Dan
Hanaway's politically charged, and at times dark lyrics,
are only the predecessors to the intricate guitar work of
