Thy Primordial was formed in 1994 and short there after the
birth the band entered the studio to record the first demo.
The debut demo "De Mörka Makters Alla" was released in
March 1995. Soon after its release, a one album agreement
was reached with Gothic Records (US). The album "Under
iskall Trollmåne" was conceived and scheduled for release
in February 1996. Even though the album was delayed for
years Thy Primordial continued their musical pursuits with
stronger conviction and focus.

Not to satisfide with the current label Thy Primordial
recorded a promotional tape called "Svart Gryning" during
the winter 95 - 96, in order to establish a better deal. It
gained interest from several labels and a contractual
agreement was eventually established with Pulverised More...
