------ About the album Van Halen 3 performed by Van Halen

I just loved the album. There are people who did not responded well to it. It is like when David left, Sammy came in. Sammy did so well with Van Halen, It was hard at first to accept change. I gave them a chance with Sammy and they just sounded and worked damn well. Like peanut butter and jelly. As for Gary, it was history all over again. Gary was not David or Sammy; but he is Gary. God love all of them. They all should go on stage together.

------ About the album Van Halen 3 performed by Van Halen

Fans had poor reception towards this album because of the lead singer. I feel that it was still a Van Halen album and has a place of its own. The decision to hire Gary Cherone as lead singer was pure genius. All of the songs on III are great, most notably Without You, Once, and Fire In The Hole. Even Thats Why I Love You rocks. This album is the best and is totally worth the money!

------ About the album 5150 performed by Van Halen

Ahh.. the summer of '87.... that was a magical time for me.. one year after graduation, this album was played in my camaro non-stop, along with The Cult's Electric... 5150 is a MUST HAVE rock album!!

------ About the album Van Halen performed by Van Halen

Goes to show you that the real driving force of all VH songs is Eddie's Guitar conntribution. However, it is also just as important to have great support of rest of the band. Replacing Dave with Sammy was just good luck. But Gary Cherone was a disaster.

------ About the album 5150 performed by Van Halen

This is by far the best Van Halen album ever created simply because it captues every aspect of the band's creative style. I bought the CD used at a record store in South Bethlehem PA and cannot describe to you, the reader, how fucking amazing it is. I'd buy it if I were you!

------ About the album 5150 performed by Van Halen

Van Halen's 5150 was released during my senior year in high school. This album rocks! Sammy Hagar on lead vocals made this album work. "Best of Both Worlds" is one of those songs that sticks with you for life.
