I don't know if anyone has pointed this out but some of the lyrics are wrong.
Where it says "cause I need you, cause I need you and your name
when I'm far so and down the part with names"

It's really "Cause I need you, cause I need you here with me, with it falls through and I'm down upon my knees"

Egypt Central is probably one of the best bands I have heard. You make me sick is my favorite song along with home. I can listen to these songs for days! You make me sick is good for any of my moods, it is a good pump up song for sports, good for a gloomy day when you think about the past and anything really. It seems not everyone finds what they are looking for in relationships, because the individual has not yet found everything inside of themselves to truly know what they want. There is no such thing as a "first love" to me...though it will always hurt...she was and will be my first and only love...even though she is getting married to someone else. I like the song.. But.. they could have given this almost 4 minute song some more lyrics... they could have worked on the chorus, to make it not be sooo repetitive. Seems like they ran out of words at the end..But overall i like the drive of the music, and the overall feeling to the song is good..
